Fempower Latam is a purpose-driven social initiative, founded since 16th March 2018, to educating and empowering Spanish-speaking rural women in entrepreneurship and technology. We equip them with the skills and tools to become leaders, founders, and business owners who restore, conserve and regenerate our agrifood systems, our planet and our economy. Currently, Fempower’s impact is deeply rooted in various regions of Mexico, from the southern to the northern parts of the country. Our mission is built on three core pillars: Research, Promotion, and Education. Before launching any product, programme, or solution, we begin with thorough research—it is the foundation of everything we do. We firmly believe that the best ideas are grounded in data, not just intuition. Research helps us identify gaps, address challenges, and turn abstract concepts into actionable, impactful strategies. It ensures that every step we take is informed and intentional.

Join the Fempower Leadership Ambassadors Programme. In 2025, we are expanding our reach across Latin America through our Leadership Ambassadors Programme, bringing the Fempower methodology and social initiative to Hispanic communities for free. As a Leadership Ambassador, you will lead efforts in your country or region, implementing Fempower’s mission and initiatives. This is a volunteer role that allows you to create a profound social impact while gaining valuable leadership experience. We provide free training for our ambassadors and their volunteer teams, who will collaborate in their regions as educators, mentors, and facilitators, supporting rural women and girls on their entrepreneurial journey towards a sustainable and regenerative planet and economy.

At Fempower Latam, you will be certified as an official ambassador and become one of the founding members of this global network and social initiative. We will also certify your network of educators, mentors, and facilitators, ensuring that all participants have the skills, tools, and credentials necessary to make a real impact. Our innovative methodology and programme are designed to empower both ambassadors and the rural women and girls we support. We train and certify you, equipping you to lead and inspire change within your community.
