Our solution is a social startup dedicated to empowering women and youth, in rural communities to pursue transformative careers in technology and achieve a better future. Recognising the scarcity of tech skills in these areas, we aim to make a positive impact by offering an immersive 6-month bootcamp program in tech skills focused on employability.
Through our innovative bootcamps, courses, and coding clubs in libraries or online sessions, participants acquire essential skills, setting them on a path to success in the tech industry. After taking the bootcamp, participants can connect skilled talent with job opportunities in the tech industry, helping them secure fulfilling and well-paid positions.
Participants get involved for free through a 6-month bootcamp programme throough an e[kearning platform asynchronus and synchronus led by experienced tech professionals, so we can cover various tech skills and provide participants with practical knowledge and develop their skills in:

After finishing the bootcamp in tech skills, participants can be hired by IT companies. Hence, a participant start to pay only if she is employed.

For participants from the rural communities of Paraiso, Tabasco, who despite having the potential but lack of opportunities to boost their talent and improv their lives.
Bootcamp Program: Our participants engage in an immersive 6-month bootcamp program led by experienced tech professionals. The program is designed to be flexible, offering asynchronous and synchronous learning opportunities to accommodate diverse schedules and internet access in rural communities.
Comprehensive Tech Skills: Throughout the bootcamp, participants develop their tech skills in various areas, including Microsoft Office, digital marketing, UX/UI design, data science with Python, data analytics with Python, web and app development with JavaScript, and more.
Soft Skills Development: In addition to technical expertise, we place a strong emphasis on soft skills development. Participants learn essential skills like effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, preparing them for successful tech careers.
Mentorship: Each participant is paired with a mentor who is an established professional in the tech industry. These mentors provide guidance, support, and industry insights, helping participants navigate their tech careers and build valuable networks.
Job Placement: After completing the bootcamp and gaining practical tech skills, our program aims to connect participants with job opportunities in the tech industry. We assist in job placement, helping them secure fulfilling and well-paid positions that align with their newly acquired skills.
For enterprises in the region and remotely that need a pool of tech talent.
For enterprises in the region or remote areas, the initiative offers opportunities for engagement through their social corporate responsibility projects. These enterprises can fund the bootcamps, making the project self-sustainable in the long term. Additionally, the initiative provides consulting and training services to current employees of these enterprises to encourage innovation and upskill their workforce.

This is great and much needed by the local community to thrive. Especially if they want to implement other solutions in the biodiversity and water pollution - I see that there are many aspects relevant to technology such as "marketing our products in e-commerce, using technology in executing solutions i.e. bioremediation"
It is possible to develop an e-learning platform that can be used without internet access by leveraging a local server and amplifiers in libraries and schools. This approach is known as an offline e-learning platform or an offline digital learning solution.
